THE POSITION

Position Title : Cluster Manager

Location : Pune and South Maharshtra

Reporting to : Sales Head

Reportees/Team : Branch Managers, Area Customer Service Managers, Relationship Managers, Customer Service Managers

Background to the position :

- Having built a robust and profitable affordable housing loan business with the support of a strong leadership team and cutting edge technology, HFFC is now at a trajectory where they are envisaging exponential growth while penetrating the markets deeper.

Key Result Areas Portfolio Management :

- Handling the P&L for a housing loan portfolio of Rs 50+ crores, consisting of 500-1000 customers

- High collection efficiency and minimum NPAs for the portfolio

- Highest levels of customer service measured through Net Promoter Scores for the portfolio

- Operational efficiency and accuracy measured via various operational metrics

Sales and Business Development :

- Market intelligence and mapping to identify potential growth areas for affordable housing

- Developing new builder relationships and distribution channels for maximum loan growth

- Nurture existing builder relationships

- Sales promotions and product launches to build market presence and push sales

Leadership :

- Lead a team of 10+ MBA graduates who are involved in sales, business development, credit, collections and customer service at the branch

- Coach, mentor and motivate the team members to bring out the best results

Key Performance Indicators :

- Achieve business plan

- AUM growth

- Delinquency levels and NPA

- Profitability and P&L of the branches

- NPS/Customer satisfaction scores

DESIRED PROFILE :

Qualification & Experience :

- Minimum of 9+ years of work experience in Branch Mgmt in Financial Services / HL / Mortgages

Must have Competencies :

- Ability to lead and motivate branch teams

- Ability to handle branch operations

- Ability to manage portfolio risk and collections

Desirable competencies :

- Experience in HL / Mortgages is desirable

Preferred industry as source of talent : NBFCS, HFCS
