Summary: The objective of this position is to manage zonal Telesales team and to deliver expected KPIs in terms of sales, process, quality and people Job Responsibilities: - Managing and enhancing Telesales performance of the zone. Drives initiatives to improve performance; highlight gaps and propose solutions. - Coaching and developing the AMs for the next level. - Providing ongoing recommendations for process improvement. - Keeping team motivated through various activities. - Supporting the Training, Quality and WFM teams within the zone. - Facilitates and coordinates all team requirements. - Works with various departments like Sales, HR, Back office, Risk, IT to ensure smooth execution of the Telesales process. - Ensures adequate staffing. - Ensures quality standards in the zone and ensure adequate trainings / refreshers are conducted. - Performance Management. Desired Skills - Excellent communication skills - At least 7 years of experience in Sales Campaign in the role of same capacity - Sound knowledge of MS-office. - Ability to understand data and propose solutions for better outcome.
