Home Credit - Senior Manager - Marketing Communication (6-10 yrs)
Summary:
The purpose of the job is to build Home Credit brand in India by driving innovative and cost-effective solutions that cover but are not limited to ATL/ BTL and digital channels.
Job Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
- Strong participation on building of communication strategy, DNA of brand at strategy level with ability to translate to day-to-day execution.
- Initiative towards creating and building the Home Credit brand in India through relevant brands tie-ups and partnerships.
- Implementation of the customer communication campaigns by leading ATL/BTL/media/content agencies and partners.
- Set, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of our integrated communication strategies driving improvements at every opportunity while working closely with a range of stakeholders.
- Work in conjunction with the product and sales teams to drive revenue and profitability for the company.
- Manage brand allocated budgets within agreed guidelines, managing activities in time and expected quality.
- Closely monitor industry and competitor activity in communication and product development, to ensure our strategic vision is in line with market demands in a constantly changing, competitive environment that we work in.
- Proficient in managing multiple, cross-functional teams and stakeholders internally as well as externally.
Desired Profile:
- 6+ years of brand/ communication experience in a consumer centric company like FMCG/telco/finance/ retail company covering large local or global brands
- Be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen across everything you do
- Proven experience in driving business results including brand plan development, qualitative and quantitative research, go to market for new product and service launch
- Strong experience in development of marketing communication execution of communication strategies (development of brand DNA, communication development, sponsorships, influencers, various communication channels, media strategy, digital)
- Understand the business beyond marketing and sales, worked in a matrix like structure in a functionally structured environment.
- Demonstrated success in challenging and fluid business situations.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders.
