Summary of the job:
The position holder will be responsible for strategizing and implementing the L&D strategy aligned to the business goals through E-learning / Web based training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess current & future training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance management, Individual Development Plan and feedback from business stakeholders.
- Draw & implement the overall training plan, calendarize training interventions to fulfil the business needs.
- Review the existing content & develop new content in accordance with training need analysis.
- Drive fulfilment of LMS calendar and completion of all WBT interventions
- Evaluate training programs qualitatively and quantitatively through feedback and surveys
- Identify, develop and on-board training partners (e learning vendors) for procurement of e-learning content.
- Branding of L&D function and driving communication to enhance visibility
- LMS Management - collaborate with internal IT team & external vendors for content integration and smooth functioning of LMS portal
- Lead & mentor e-learning team to deliver results in accordance with business needs
- Create and present LMS dashboard and other periodic reports for review
Desired Profile:
- Post Graduate (HR / MSW) with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Should possess an excellent ability to design and execute training frameworks, training plans and training content.
- Should possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of various LMS platforms & virtual- learning environments.
- Should have eye for detail and should be good at multitasking & stakeholder management with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Should have worked in a complex, fast paced, multi-site environment
