Summary : The purpose of the job is to lead development of internal communication and building brand internally in systematic way with excellent message delivery to various employee segments using digital tools Job Responsibilities : - Systematic planning of relevant content and topic structure, setting and proper evaluation of the effectiveness of all communication activities - Mapping, analysis and setting relevant digital touch points and channels for internal communication to achieve excellent information delivery and high engagement of various employee target segments, experience with new communication platforms and utilising them for effective communication. - Implementing of the internal communication campaigns by leading ATL/BTL/content agencies - Working with all functions in developing campaigns/communications in line with function's objective, proposing solutions with business contribution and ability to drive specific business results by having good business understanding of various company functions - Establish a cyclic mechanism for feedback and monitoring of relevance of activities and providing qualitative feedback of all employees and specific employee segments - Leading content writing for touch points of internal communication - emailers, blogs, newsletters, presentations etc. - Creating and managing internal events Desired Profile : - 6+ years of brand/ communication experience in a consumer centric company like FMCG/telco/finance/ retail company covering large local or global brands - Be able to demonstrate strong commercial acumen across everything you do - Proven track record in digital, especially smart phone communication - Testing effectiveness of communication via both quantitative &amp; qualitative research techniques - Proven experience in driving business results including brand plan development, qualitative and quantitative research, go to market for new product and service launch - Strong experience in development of marketing communication execution of communication strategies (development of brand DNA, communication development, sponsorships, influencers, various communication channels, media strategy, digital) - Understand the business beyond marketing and sales, worked in a matrix like structure in a functionally structured environment. - Demonstrated success in challenging and fluid business situations. - Demonstrate strong presentation skills, targeting a wide audience from customers to internal stakeholders.
