Home Credit - Senior Manager - Customer Lifecycle Management (3-8 yrs)
Summary :
- Create a retention, activation and x-sell policy for HC customers
- Create, introduce and follow the direct marketing campaigns for x-sell
- Definition, implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns for better customer engagement and improved profitability
Job Description :
- Initiate and run projects related to campaign management and its further upgrades - i.e. adding new channels, upgrading DataMart's, etc.
- Create the policy and approach for different X-sell actions including:
- Preparation of business case
- Collection of all the necessary information's, approvals and interested parties
- Ensuring compliance with communication strategies and policies
- Monitor campaign implementation in all channels and take corrective actions on existing campaigns
- Support design, development and execution of comprehensive cross sell, retention and growth strategies for existing customers
- Manage campaigns within specified budgets to deliver numbers on activation, cross-sell and retention
- Initiate Champion /Challenger tests and modify campaign set up to increase impact
- Measure campaign profitability (CBA, ROI) and initiate changes for improved
- performance with collaboration with Analytics
- Liaison with all Stakeholders - IT, CustEx, Risk, Product, Operations, Finance and Marketing teams to manage CRM systems and campaign planning & execution
Desired Profile :
- Economics / Marketing degree desirable
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with SAS campaign management tool usage
- SQL
- Strong analytical skills
- Excel / Power Point / Database
