Summary : This position is responsible to ensure due protection of company interest from legal perspective in designing new products and/ or commercial drafting based on acceptable business risk parameters and needs of business. Job Responsibilities : - Reviewing various products/ services/ processes (like loan, insurance etc) of the Company designed for retail customers from legal/ compliance perspective and advising on RBI Norms, KYC, data privacy and contract law related issues - Drafting of simple but close ended legal agreements, amendments etc - Advising on matters like contract laws, arbitration, stamp duty provisions in India and dispute resolution process between parties in different countries - Representing company before consultants and local authorities. Negotiating with confidence on legal terms and conditions with other parties and taking initiative in providing acceptable solution - Interpretation of laws = Legal research, Dissemination and communication of all new and revised laws in India Desired Profile : - 6+ years of relevant experience - Relevant Professional experience of working in legal department of NBFCs/ Bank/ Payment Bank/ e-wallet/ Small Finance Bank/ Fintech in retail segment - Law graduate from reputed college mandatory and Company Secretary from ICSI optional. Working knowledge on finance/ taxation aspect is also required - NBFCs/ Bank/ Payment Bank/ e-wallet/ Small Finance Bank/ Fintech in retail segment. - Past experience in participation in designing service products from legal/ compliance perspective. - Expert knowledge on RBI Regulations, Data Privacy Laws, PMLA regulations and contract laws. Legal research and providing professional responses to queries relating to such laws. - Working knowledge on finance/ taxation aspect is also require - Excellent communication and presentation skills Who should join? - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work individually &amp; with teams - Problem solving approach
