Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the non-mass recruitment for the assigned business unit and adhere to quality and process guidelines
- Ensure the business recruitment strategies are followed
- Ensure all hiring are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
- Support the campus hiring initiatives and effective closure of campus drives.
- Ensure that new joiners are provided all information on HR processes in advance
- Maintaining MIS and dashboards for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I as well as quality of hires for individual assigned units.
Desired Profile:
- 8 - 12 years of HR experience specializing in hiring and HR operations
- Hiring for IT & Non-IT business lines
- Must have led recruitment efforts with diversified approaches and strategies.
- Ability to negotiate and explain positive aspects of the role
