Summary :
The objective is to build products from existing ideas and drive implementation new ideas into functional products that are fit for the market in which HCIN operates.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Management :
- Cross departmental coordination and requires good project management experience to handle complex situations and big teams those are engaged during the projects
- Build products from existing ideas, and actively develop new ideas based on industry experience and market conditions
Continually update product roadmap with ideas from the market/vendors/internal stakeholders, and develop product portfolio according and plan in the existing product roadmap
- Ensure the continued acceptability of the product in the market through cross-departmental coordination
- Monitor product results (depends on agreed metrics NPS, market share, AANR, financial - revenue, LTS, COR, etc.) and sanction proper reporting across all product lines
- Review and ensure the quality of processes (front line and support)
- Provide inputs into customer facing, call center, back office, complaints training for new/existing products
- Manage and use 4 eyes principle for Homer changes on product construct level
Product Development :
- Own the strategy and roadmap for a key product/business area, especially in VAS and fee business
- Produce product requirements and review specifications and deliverables
- Build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new plans based on your industry experience
- Interact, liaise, and communicate status updates through development cycles
- Drive a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research team
- Pricing- seeking inputs from pricing for the product, and supervise LTV creation and calculation
- Guiding the product through all phases of the development process (product lifecycle) including internal process gates required for senior management approval (e.g. PAP process)
- To share the pre-defined format with HQ once the product gets approved - Report on status of development, quality, operations, and system performance to SMT level management Continuously track and report key product metrics and taking the corrective action if required
- Continually refine the product backlog based on consumer insights and product metrics
Desired Profile :
- B.com, Btech., MBA-finance, business
- Project management, PMP certification
- Computer literate - especially for MS Office suite
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English
