We have an URGENT Opening for Training Manager - Content Summary A Training Manager - Content will be responsible for Classroom Training contents and E-Learning contents for CRM Function. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for designing & developing training content basis the requirement - Creating course design, storyboards, presentations, process/skill knowledge tests, case studies, instructor guides and workbooks etc- - Create the training manual and keeping it updated - Modifying existing content for increased effectiveness - Manage the e-Learning platform for new hire and refresher training - Design and create pre and post training interventions - Modify the current mechanism to gather feedback on training & content for continuous improvement - Other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the training head Desired Profile - 3-5 years of experience with a Learning Management System. Online content management preferred - 3-5 years of experience working with training content authoring tools - Critical thinking skills to synthesize data and attention to detail - Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization, and to manage multiple, complex priorities and respond effectively to change - Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure - Excellent communication and presentation skills - ID Certification would be an added advantage Who should join?
