Home Credit - Manager - Marketing Communication

Summary :

The purpose of the job is to build Home Credit brand through development and execution of advertising campaigns in media, launching of new products and services with specific responsibility for long term media planning and short term media campaign execution and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services

- Responsibility for long term media strategy, planning and short term media evaluation of campaigns and efficient running of media activities (influencers, potential sponsorships)

- Work in conjunction with the Sales to analyze sales and marketing activities to drive value adding insight that forms the foundation of our strategic decisions for Home Credit

- Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus for building awareness and consideration of Home Credit brand

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy

- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics
