Summary : - The purpose of the job is to develop and manage a modern looking, usable and popular digital internal communications platform Job Responsibility : - Initiating and driving implementation of new features on Intranet - Increasing accessibility of the internal coms platform for office and field employees, including through mobile application solutions - Liaise with the IT Department and software vendors on technical questions of implementation and upgrades - Information governance and access rights policies - Coordination with other departments in order to keep intranet information updated - Cooperation with other departments to meet their needs for Intranet functions - Education of employees on the functionality of intranet and drive the usage - Developing and maintaining usage guidelines and policies for the intranet - Monitoring of user-generated content for appropriateness - Monitoring of site analytics and reporting on key performance indicators Desired Profile : - Preferably Master's degree in English /Mass Communication - 8+ years of experience in Internal/ Marketing Communications/ Event management role - Experience with Public relations, Social media including Blogs Who should join? - Ability to conceptualize, design and implement communications strategies, campaigns or programs - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Innovative - Good interpersonal skills and a good team player
