- Manage HR statutory aspects like PF, ESI, Gratuity, Various Legal Challan, Forms, Returns.

- Process ownership of ensuring compliance to statutory regulations under : PF,ESI, Gratuity, P Tax, LWF and other labour related

- Preparing & maintaining of all Notices & General Circulars

- Help the payroll team in tax calculation

- Welfare Activity : Handle Medi claim process end to end, for all employees

- Assist the HR team in other HR operations

- Carry out responsibilities with professionalism, respect for others, in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable law
