Summary - The incumbent will be Responsible for Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing. A qualified Chartered Accountant, with 3-5 years of experience with Big 4 firm and/or MNC in Direct Taxation Job Responsibilities: - Lead Direct Tax, Transfer Pricing and Withholding Tax Compliances - Lead Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax Documentation Initiatives - Lead monthly calculation of TDS lability, their correct payments and subsequent entries in books. - Lead Computation of Advance tax and monthly Tax Accounting. - Computation of Deferred Tax and Current Tax on monthly basis and ensure correct Tax Accounting. - Review Account Reconciliations on monthly/ quarterly basis - Lead and manage tax audits, transfer pricing audits and Tax matters Statutory Audit. - Lead Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax Assessment / Notices - Coordination with auditors and tax consultants with day to day activities and queries in relation to new business lines or products - Support in managing Tax related FPA activities - Support in Direct Tax strategy and positions for the Company - Support Head Tax/ Senior Manager Tax on business projects and new products from Direct Tax Perspective - Support in managing Tax Dispute and internal MIS - Support in GST related tasks on need basis Desired Profile: - Expert in Direct Taxes - Good knowledge of SAP accounting module. - Good communication skills - Willing to do multitasking and work in pressure situations to meet stakeholder's timelines - Experience to manage team would be added advantage Who should join? - Qualified CA with 3-5 years of experience in Direct taxation in Big4 and/or MNC - Good communication skills. - Good knowledge of SAP - Willing to do multitasking and work in pressure situations to meet stakeholder's timelines
