Objective : The job holder will be required to provide change management consultancy to stake holders as required.

Key responsibilities/duties :

- Utilizing and developing skills in managing the successful delivery of Change through applying appropriate control, management and governance via the Change Process

- Providing Change Management consultancy to stakeholders as required

- Performing sample review of all Risk Change Tickets against defined quality criteria

- Preparing Change Management communications

- Supporting reporting and follow-up activities to ensure process compliance

- Report production of upcoming significant changes around the organization

- Manage stakeholders.

- Track and report issues.

- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

- Build change management roadmaps and workplan, and ensure project teams are coordinated in relation to change activities.

- Be an active and visible coach to change agents across the company.

Experience and expertise :

Experience:

- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Proven track record of successfully delivering significant business projects

Experience of managing cross-functional project teams

Skills and Knowledge:

- Knowledge and understanding of business consulting and change management methods, tools and techniques.

- Sharp understanding of project management methodology, tools and techniques and translating the same into speedy and viable action.

- Comprehensive understanding of financials, budgeting, cost and benefit analysis

- Commercial and business awareness.

Personal characteristics:

- Good relationship management skills including stakeholder management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Basic understanding of Change Management process

- Strong customer service ethic

- Self-starter, team builder, adaptable and able to multi-task

- Ability to work extended shifts
