Summary : - Implementation and optimization of CRM campaigns for better customer engagement and improved profitability - Create content for On-line &amp; Off-line x-sell campaigns - Manage the agencies/ Vendors for content &amp; promotional platforms Job Responsibilities : - Self-starter with hands on experience writing copy for online and offline channels - Participate in projects related to campaign management and its further upgrades - i.e. adding new channels, upgrading DataMart's, etc. - Design HC's approach for different X-sell promotions including : a. Preparation of content b. Collection of all the necessary information's, approvals and interested parties c. Ensuring compliance with communication strategies and policies - Monitor campaign implementation in all channels - Support design, development and process of comprehensive cross sell content for existing customers - Involve with analytics for necessary changes in reporting to measure campaign effectiveness - Managing vendor for different promotional platforms - Work directly with marketing communication agencies for content - Liaison with all Stakeholders - CRM and Marketing teams Desired Profile : - Bachelors/Masters degree desirable - 6+ years of relevant experience - Experience in Content development - Experience with SAS campaign management tool usage - Strong analytical skills - Excel / Power Point / Database Who should join? - Someone with strategic thinking - Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment - Ability to collaborate and interact effectively - Command on English and Hindi languages
