Objective: To supervise the Early &amp; Late Collections team, quality &amp; training teams, legal collection team, process control and improvement teams, to define overall collection strategy, ensure consistent delivery of results, drive process improvement initiatives, identify gaps and fix the same. Management of overall business operations &amp; coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities: 1. Define &amp; implement the overall business strategy for both Early &amp; Late &amp; Legal Collections Team. 2. Deliver stabilization and control mechanisms in the process. Define, monitor &amp; manage the Process Metrics including Conversions, Login Hours, Call Quality, ACHT, customer complaint etc., highlight key risks and provide inputs for Mitigation Plan to achieve overall business goals . 3. Define prioritization &amp; allocation of contracts into internal field collections team and external agencies based on previous performance in order to maximise recovery rates. 4. Review and redefine collection strategies in line with bucket efficiencies. Plan for legal processes. 5. Define the overall Manpower &amp; budget plan in line with the business volume and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times. Ensure effective manpower alignment to drive bucket efficiencies. 6. Define KPIs, mentor AVP / Sr. Manager, manage performance and conduct periodic reviews of team to share feedback and focus on performance improvement. Develop analytical skills of collection Analysts. 7. Define the People Strategy including learning and development, career progression, internal movement &amp; employee engagement initiatives aimed at reducing attrition. 8. Target setting and monitoring performance to ensure target achievement. Execution and evaluation of campaigns. 9. Liaison with support functions to improve team performance. 10. Conduct daily briefings to keep the team abreast to process changes and advancement, keep them oriented towards target achievement and resolve concerns (if any). 11. Active participation in roll out of new collection system in the country together with HQ. 12. Overall business strategy for quality and training functions. Desired Profile : 1. Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in any discipline 2. Knowledge / Experience: - Expertise in supervising Early and Late Collection team with a capacity of about 2000 employees - Overall 15 years or more of experience across Call Centre / Banking / Consumer Finance background - Practical experience in Collections strategy and processes - Advanced knowledge of MS Office - Advanced financial and analytical thinking - Excellent Communication and presentation skills Who Should Join? 1.
