Home Credit - Assistant Vice President - Customer & Product Strategy

Summary : 

The objective of this position is to understand the existing customer base across various micro segments, and align the right product strategy across the segments. The position is responsible for defining a strategy and then work with all the teams to extract maximum value from existing customer base.

Job Responsibilities : 

- Identify new business opportunities through proactive usage of customer data by working with business development team

- Improve customer portfolio understanding through relevant and actionable customer segments in collaboration with other teams

- Evaluate new and existing products to align and prioritize across each and every customer segment

- Work with campaign management, channel and process teams to execute campaign strategies for the different segments tied to the relevant products

- Liaison with all Stakeholders - Risk, Finance, Marketing, Customer Experience, IT, Operations teams and the other CRM teams to ensure execution of all the initiatives

- Establish right KPIs to measure short term and long term success

Desired Profile

- 10+ years practical experience in customer segmentation strategy and product marketing

- 5+ years experience in Financial services (Fintechs, NBFC or Banks)

- 5+ years of supervisory / management experience with great ability to build strong performing teams

- Knowledgeable of Indian market with respect to payments & financial products given by Fintechs, NBFCs, Banks, etc.

- Ability to understand the business model, and driving conversations with senior leaders to grow the business

- Very good experience in building partnerships with internal & external teams, build data driven business cases, and strong executive presence

- Formulating various analysis into succinct powerful business cases, and driving conversations with senior management

- Very good analytical skills and understanding of statistical models

- Excellent organizational, managerial and project management skills

- Project Management experience
