Home Credit - Assistant Vice President - Anti Fraud Investigations

Objective:

To assist the management in decision making through timely and qualitative execution of trigger based as well as portfolio investigations into suspected frauds across products offered by the organization. Investigations to be executed through a team of investigators based at three locations.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage, mentor, supervise and guide a team of investigators and overall responsible for day to day smooth functioning of the CD investigations team.

- Responsible for providing quick, swift and appropriate responses to business and other stake holders (internal as well as external).

- Responsible for reducing the pendency of investigations and manage the fraud identification percentage at an application level.

- Responsible for developing, designing and implementing newer investigation techniques across products including unsecured lending, revolving loans, payment wallets etc.

- Support AF head in various strategic and operational projects aimed at better & logical control.

- Strategic contribution through suggesting and implementing logic controls over the business network.

- Cooperation with Sales, Security, Operations, Underwriting and collection department.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate/ master's degree in forensic, economics, statistics, finance.

- Relevant experience of Fraud investigation and monitoring with team handling for not less than 12 yrs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Working knowledge of various anti-fraud, case management tools like hunter etc. is must.

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office.

- Hands on experience with any ERP (Oracle, SAP) would be an added advantage.

- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
