Home Credit - Assistant Manager - Analytics & Reporting

Role Summary

The position holder will be responsible for supporting various aspects of an organization's DWH activities. We are searching a candidate who can take independent decisions & support home credit data-related needs. The candidate will be responsible for creating/ modifying/ designing internal /external resources.

Essential/Key Responsibilities

- Will be responsible for supporting DWH related actives & Projects of Home Credit

- Will be responsible for timely coordinate with Group IT (Embed IT) team & will be responsible for taking all DWH related decisions, Implementation & tastings.

- Will be responsible for Optimization/Monitoring/Governance of DWH related activities

- Will be responsible for timely training of Analytics departments & sharing best practices with them (Optimization & standard way of writing scripts)

Qualifications/Requirements:

- BCA/ MCA / M. Tech / B-Tech or Bachelors in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science or Data Science from premier Colleges with a minimum of 02 years of experience in Oracle (11g) optimization & performance tuning

- Experience writing SQL queries and linking to enable read/write to the database

- Ability to work with both business and technical communities

Skills/ Desired Characteristics

- Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyse data, problems and situations.

- Highly skilled in SQL Writing, Scripts Optimization and performance tuning.

- Good Database skills with exposure to Oracle (11g) systems and tools

- Ability to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance and pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders

- Willing to working in IC (Individual Contributor) role

- Excellent communication skills in English - written, verbal

- Good knowledge in Project Management and Program management.
