The Role: - The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for managing software to streamlines processes, automates manual workflows, and set up measurement tools to generate actionable insight. - Your goal will be to use automation to improve operational efficiencies and grow the bottom line, combining strategy, creativity, and technical skills to build the brand and increase leads. You will be responsible for : - Envisioning the automation workflow and execute the same in line with business objectives - Understanding and Analyzing the user funnels and creating marketing Automation strategies to optimize the user flows. - Develop and implement innovative strategies to increase leads, optimize campaigns and achieve business goals. - Design, build and execute comprehensive lead flow processes for data management or marketing campaigns, lead nurture, programs, landing pages, forms and emails. - Define operational processes and best practices to maximize campaigns and ROI - Review and analyze data to spot trends and develop lead scoring mechanisms to ensure campaign effectiveness. - Streamline and monitor existing flows, data integrity, hygiene and monitoring performance - Collaborate with designers and copywriters to determine campaign requirements and create eye catching creative messages for the target audience. Skills you will possess: - 3-5 years of relevant work experience - Business acumen in order to develop market strategies. - An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior. - Strong collaboration skills to work with interdepartmental disciplines. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Bengali will give you an edge. - Flexibility to adapt to the constantly evolving consumer behavior. - Analytical and driven by data metrics. - You will have proven track record of achieving business goals. Understanding of tools: - You will be conversant with marketing automation tools like way like Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage, MixPanel, HubSpot, or others. You will also have an understanding of customer relationship management like Salesforce, Freshsales and other CDP and CRM tools. - Strong understanding of analytics by using engagement-tracking tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Appsflyer and more or A/B-testing software like Firebase Remote Config. Social media engagement tools like meltwater or Hootsuite to help track the sentiment of the content and Brand.
