The Manager/Senior Manager - Content Partnership & Syndication role will be responsible for expanding footprint of Hoichoi's content across global digital platforms by mapping out effective syndication plans. The person needs to drive content partnership, content management, distribution and monetization through licensing & syndication of OTT Contents (Films, Web series) in the national & international markets. Responsibilities: - Map & identify content opportunities and partnerships with producers, studios, OTT broadcasters and content owners/aggregators. - Research potential syndication partners across other OTTs, Telcos, Broadcasters, Pay TV in the national & International Markets - Build and manage strong relations with content partners. - Evaluate the potential financial impact of prospective partnerships i.e. benefits, costs and potential risks of each partnership, evaluate deal terms such as minimum guarantees, licensing period, etc - Identify strategies for licensing additional rights for content that can be used to our advantage. - Work with business teams to devise strategies that maximize revenue generation - Negotiate and close license agreements with large and small content providers. - Continuously research and follow market trends, new developments in media and broadcast technology to work out the best way for content syndication.
