Job Description:


- The Group, headquartered in Gurgaon, is a diversified business conglomerate specializing in automotive components manufacturing.

- Current Sales from 2 verticals: 500 crores

- Other 2 verticals in startup stage & going into commercial production.

- Group is supplier to all leading OEMs including Maruti Suzuki, Mahindra, Fiat, MG Motors, Toyota, Renault, Tata Motors, Mitsubishi, etc.

- The group's success is not only defined by its products and services but by the strength of its work- culture, impeccable ethics and integrity, alongside well-defined and articulated values Communication, Environment, Entrepreneurship, Knowledge, Integrity and Teamwork

- The Group has embarked upon a transformative approach towards future growth and has put in place plans to grow exponentially- nearly 5 times in next 5 years.

- Target Revenues : 2500 crores in 5 years

- The position reports to Group MD.

The KRAs include:

- Strategic Business Planning for India based business portfolios

- New business opportunities with automotive OEMs across all segments of - 4W, 2W, HCV, LCV, off-highways, tractors etc

- Business Development of new products/projects

- Sales Budgeting, RFQ, Product Costing

- Key Account management (KAM), MIS & Customer relationship management

- Supply Schedule Management, warehouse management
