Job Title - HOD (Finance &amp; Accounts) Grade - DGM/GM Duties and Responsibilities - 1. Preparing financial MIS and tracking of figures &amp; monthly summary. 2. Preparing The credit rating of respective companies. 3. Managing the fund requirement of the organization through fundraising from Banks, NBFCs and FIs. 4. Making the proposal for Banks for products like working capital loans, term loan, forex, treasury, trade products. 5. Submission of proposal &amp; information on Banks. 6. Responsible for movement of proposal int he Banks/FIs and visit for processing. 7. Ensure submission of desired information to the Banks/FIs. 8. Handling end to end relationship management for corporate banking lending. 9. Ensuring completeness of all agreements, hypothecation documents and other support documents including KYC&nbsp;requirements. 10. Handling documentation and transaction for the term loan and other credit facilities including arranging for valuation report, Title search report, End-use certificate etc. 11. Ensuring submission of stock statements, Quarterly Financial Information etc. 12. Handling Forex Exposure. 13. Assessment of limit requirements. 14. Act as an energizer for the team. Competence Required - Candidates from Manufacturing Industry would be preferred. Education Qualification - Qualifies CA, with thorough knowledge of SAP.
