- Providing support to company executives and management on matters of people management, goal-setting, and policy development to further the implementation of company strategic objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Development. Conduct organization assessments and upgrade talent through strategic staffing and talent pipeline development.
- To implement appropriate Organizational Development activities like team building, standard working norms, proper communication flow and initiating employee satisfaction surveys.
- Develop and implement strategies, programs and processes that ensures employee engagement is strong to achieve business plan
- Support implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensures their integration into the PMS
- Design and implement an effective Succession planning process
- Coordinate the administration and negotiation of union contracts
- Identifying and implementing the right technology such as HRIS to drive the business strategy of the organization.
- Cultivating a culture of learning and development for all employees
- Highest level of professional integrity and honesty as well as personal credibility
ER & IR Role -
- Handling Trade Unions
- Developing the training matrix for Plant & facilitate in delivery of the same
- Handling employee grievances and discipline
Educational Qualification -
Any Graduate with Specialized qualification in HR / IR
Specialized knowledge -
Knowledge of Factories act, Labour Laws and Skills for laisioning with local government bodies
