Hitwicket - Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead the Product team to gather requirements & define the product roadmap / Lead Product Manager will be responsible to develop deep insights into customer needs and build a roadmap to address those needs.

- Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of player behavior using meaningful data insights to impact top-line KPIs

- Define, design and manage key game features that make the game fun and engaging

- Provide data driven decision making support on product features

- Understand data to decode patterns and execute quantitative data analysis to draw actionable insights

- Substantiate your ideas with data insights, competitor analysis, research on top games that can positively increase the key metrics of the game

- Design, balance & optimize game currencies using economy models for various features

- Define requirements for Data Analytics, A/B testing, push notifications and other analytics tools

- Knowledge on SQL, R/Python is a plus.

- Mentor and guide junior team members and help them excel in their roles.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of experience in a Product role in a mobile gaming startup or a B2 startup is a big plus

- Capable of facilitating effective cross-functional group communications.

- Enjoys sharing meaningful findings which help other PMs and team members grow.

- Passion for games and crafting fun, compelling and exciting user experiences

- Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail.

- BE/B. Tech. in Computer Science . computer science or a related discipline

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to think BIG

- Ready to work without a handbook, with a love for doing what's never been done before!
