Essential Job Functions : - Some amount of domain knowledge (Manufacturing) - Ability to plan and design business processes, formulating recommendations to improve and support business activities - Analysing and documenting clients business requirements and processes, communicate these requirements to Product team, Dev team, Testing team, Data team, UI team, UX team - Translating business requirements into user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria (basic test scenarios to verify that client requirements are incorporated into the system design) - Participate in meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions - Participation in technical reviews - Serve as a liaison between technical personnel and business area Basic Qualifications : - Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups in an organization. - Experience working with business processes and re-engineering.
