Hiranandani Financial Services - Manager - Treasury Operations

Responsibilities:

- Rating Agency Liaison: Manage relationships with rating agencies for credit ratings and related activities, ensuring accurate and timely communication.

- Financial Modeling: Prepare and maintain financial models and Credit Monitoring Arrangements (CMA) to support fund-raising and treasury activities.

- Transaction Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely closure of funding transactions, facilitating smooth financial operations.

- Treasury Support: Provide support for treasury activities, including asset-liability management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage treasury budgets, conducting MIS reporting on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis or as needed.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on financial performance, variances, and key metrics to guide decision-making.

- Policy Adherence: Ensure all treasury activities adhere to approved policies and guidelines, maintaining high standards of financial governance.

- Compliance Monitoring: Track and monitor covenants of credit facilities, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.

- Financial Reconciliation: Perform interest and fee calculations, manage payments, and conduct reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.

Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance or related field (CA preferred).

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
