Hiranandani Financial Services - Cluster Credit Manager - CA

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Credit Manager to oversee the credit underwriting process for Secured Business Loans and LAP in the designated cluster.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in credit risk assessment, portfolio management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and process loan applications, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies.

- Conduct financial and risk assessments to determine the creditworthiness of applicants.

- Manage credit underwriting operations within the assigned cluster.

- Lead a team of credit analysts and ensure compliance with risk guidelines and regulations.

- Collaborate with sales, risk, and collections teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

- Implement and monitor credit risk strategies to maintain portfolio quality.

- Oversee loan approvals, disbursements, and documentation verification.

- Ensure turnaround time (TAT) targets for loan processing are met.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Minimum Graduation Degree; MBA/CA preferred.

- 7+ years of experience in credit underwriting for Secured Business Loans/LAP.

- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial statements, and lending norms.

- Experience in team management and stakeholder coordination.

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle multiple loan applications while ensuring regulatory compliance
