Manager - HRBP

Role Brief:


Drive and support the Talent initiatives in line with the business needs. Partner HR and other functions to promote a culture of trust, respect, performance and excellence.

Summary of Responsibility:

1. Talent Management & Engagement:

a. Plan, organize and facilitate various talent management activities such as orientation sessions for new employees, corporate learning and training sessions, learning forums etc.

b. Evaluate engagement levels by administering surveys, organizing focus groups, or brainstorming sessions and plan remedial actions.

c. Plan, organize and facilitate engagement activities such as Townhall, Skip Level, Executive Sessions and other activities.

d. Drive and lead the employee communication programs, including but not limited to floor pulse, internal newsletter and other programs as required.

2. Performance Management:

a. Drive the Performance Management process for the functions as per the PMS guidelines.

b. Facilitate in management, upkeep & publishing of quarterly skill matrix of various roles.

c. Provide support to managers on corrective action items including performance improvement plans and discipline issues.

3. Learning & Development:

a. Work with SMEs in driving the learning agenda within the organization.

b. Plan, organize and coordinate learning plans for PIP, FastTrack and other talent programs.

c. Own and manage the learning inventory across the organization and take lead in creating culture of knowledge sharing.

4. Policy & Benchmarking:

a. Using available data points, help in benchmarking the policy framework to best practices in the Industry.

b. Work actively with Talent Acquisition group to understand and present prevailing market trends in the policy, procedure and work condition of various roles in the organization.

5. Employer Branding:

a. Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Marketing and other respective functions to advance internal and external employer branding initiatives.

b. Manage and co-own talent social media channels of organization.

c. Leverage our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to create effective messaging that resonates with Hindustan Wellness culture.

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in the role, the incumbent should have about 7 years of overall experience in managing and driving talent initiatives at high growth organizations. A key expectation from the role is to be able to support in building the talent systems and plan. Candidates coming from pure hiring background or hiring dominant role may find difficulty, but open to discuss.
