Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc.
- sourcing candidates online, updating job ads
- Handling the entire end to end recruitment cycle for assigned mandates.
- Domestic hiring (sales / non-sales)
- Proven experience of In-house bulk BPO / ITES hiring
Minimum Experience - 6 Months
