Roles & Responsibilities - MIS, Data Reporting & Analytics: - Maintain Employee Cost & Headcount Details across businesses - Weekly, Monthly HR Dashboard and analysis - Periodic updation of data on HRIS Employee Life Cycle Management: - Preparation & issue of various letters (Offer, Appointment, Confirmation, Increments/Salary Change /Restructuring /inter-company transfer etc.) - Verification of New Joiner documents & onboarding - Ensuring updation of MIS for employee details including salary break up and flexi basket options opted by employee. - File creation for new hires & digitization of documents - New Hire, Transfer & Resignee Input to payroll - Initiation of BGV with vendor partner, Tracking progress, closure of BGV cases & TAT adherence - Vendor Payment & Bill processing - Sharing list of employees whose confirmation/service contract renewal is due in coming month with respective BUHR partners, follow ups for necessary documentation and processing letters as per inputs received. - New Hire, Transfer & Resignee Input to payroll - Taking inputs from BU HR Heads in the template for annual increments & variable salary payouts and checking calculations. - Preparation of all Increment / Restructuring letters/ Bonus letters Query Handling: - Providing resolution for queries raised by BUHR/Location HR/employees Audits & Compliance: - Internal Audit - Ensure all the relevant documents, & data are made available to the auditors within stipulated time - Identification of eligible employees for compliance of SEBI Regulation in Insider Trading per eligibility criteria shared by Secretarial team Desired Candidate : Experience : 10 -15 years Qualification: Graduate, MBA (HR) Systems Knowledge: Mandatory - Advanced Excel, Powerpoint Desirable - HRIS platform SAP (desirable) Candidate should have prior experience in managing HR Operations of atleast 2000+ employees.
