Job Description : - To develop on-demand audio content creation and strategy to support short and long-term business initiatives for Podcast business. - Work closely with the various teams across HT Media Digital, Editorial and Podcast teams to develop a best-in-class podcast experience from discovery, through listening, to re-engagement. - Lead projects from early analysis and problem statement, through concept and launch, Content specifications, new content areas, post-launch analysis, iteration and improvement. - Data analysis to identify both problem areas and opportunities - Preparing analysis and insights that guide decisions and term structuring related to new content going to specific platforms, licensing content, podcasting of archived content etc. - Creating original content strategies to drive indirect value to the HT Media platforms (i.e., increased user retention, engagement, etc.) - Developing and building advocacy for best practice business planning, analysis and operational processes related to valuing exclusive content. - To develop on-demand audio content creation and strategy to support short and long-term business initiatives. - Complete ownership of Podcast P&L Desired Profile : - 6 - 10 years of experience in audio content creation. - Good experience in audio content production. - Excellent in research, presentation and communication skills. - Should be able to work under stretched timelines.
