Job Responsibilities :

- As a part of Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, person will be a part of team that is responsible for following :

- Create Inbound Marketing Strategies to meet project goals.

- Build and manage a content calendar that is designed to attract a targeted audience (blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).

- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

- Continually look for new ways to generate leads and manage targeted list development.

- Ability to work with diversified team and own the work end to end and within timeliness

- Able to conceptualize, design, execute & manage initiatives by aligning cross functional teams and relevant stakeholders to reach out to the target customers more effectively & efficiently

- Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.

Desired Profile :

- Qualification - Regular MBA / PGDM in Marketing from Tier-1/Tier-2 B-school.

- Experience - 4-5 years.

- Past experience defining and executing Inbound Marketing Strategies

- Proficiency in marketing automation in order to create and run campaigns

- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
