1) Conducting general meetings/ Board meetings & Audit meeting for all listed group Companies. 2) Compliances under SEBI Listing Regulations (Equity+Debt), Takeover code and Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations 3) Leading the compliance and governance agenda in the organization and heading administrative activities of Statutory Compliance Tool 4) Managing Team of CS across businesses 5) Project management and Tech initiatives in Secretarial domain 6) Ensuring compliances of multiple listed and unlisted companies of across the group 7) Monitoring of compliance framework around Related Party Transactions and CSR at group level & guide management 8) Issuance and listing of Commercial paper and other debt securities 9) Ability to handle Merger/Demerger, Buy-Back, dividend, Further Issues 10) ESOP compliances 11) Tracking of Loans & Investments compliances within Group Companies 12) Coordination with Internal stakeholders, Statutory Auditor, Secretarial Auditor, Internal Auditor, RTA etc. 13) Interactions with business to understand compliance assistance requirements for upcoming projects well in advance. 14) Proactively update, maintain and implement organizational policies in line with the latest relevant compliance laws and applicable regulations and amendments. 15) Preservation & safety of all statutory and confidential document 16) Handling Investor grievances 17) Preparation of Annual Reports 18) Ability to liaison with Ministry of Company Affairs, SEBI, RBI and other Central and State Government Departments
