Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in B2B Enterprises in allotted sectors/regions.
- Product Sales & Customized offerings as per customers requirements in coordination with Customer Success & Product team
- Create a healthy customer pipeline for large and medium enterprises
- Functional responsibility for achieving revenue and GP target.
- Must be aggressive, self-starter, motivated, target oriented and should have a flair towards consulting & must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all prospective customers, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
- Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
- Good experience in sourcing, hiring and recruitment solutions for clients

Key Requirements :
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in HR Consulting/Recruitment/Manpower Services/HRMS/Employee Engagement
- Hands-on experience in Consultative Selling & Key Account Management
