Be able to identify, shortlist and pitch to potential target Companies for investment using various primary and secondary research. 2. Planning towards sourcing and converting mandates into business. 3. Understand the key advertising needs of the client and prepare the deal proposal accordingly. 4. Have connect/regular interaction at the Promoter/CEO /CMO level of listed and non listed companies doing business in Equity & Investment banking sectors. 5. Developing Client base and manage existing &amp; new relationship of corporates across west region. Build and manage relationship with clients to ensure long term sustainable revenue generation. 6. Prepare detailed Management presentation / Investment Memo on any opportunity for presenting before the investment committee. 7. Manage post deal engagement with the clients. 8. Manage Relationship with portfolio Companies for their advertising needs, offer customized solutions to new and existing clients.&nbsp;&nbsp; 9. Good working knowledge of legal agreement / contracts. 10. Coordinate with Due Diligence, Lawyers, Valuation agencies, and internal teams such as legal, commercial, media marketing to expedite deal closure
