We need only Qualified Chartered Accountant from Non-banking sector Job Profile : - Person will be part of Corporate Treasury team and is expected to support cash management, Borrowings, Forex, Investments, MIS, Investment planning, compliances and accounting & audits of relevant areas. Borrowings: - Ensure adequate facility arrangements in place with different banks/financial institution to take care of liquidity requirements for all entities including overseas operations. Analyze & propose various borrowing alternatives (onshore as well as offshore), multi currency structures, etc on a regular basis. Ensure that Group's borrowings are at the competitive rates (trade and non-trade finance) with the right short-term /long-term mix. Working Capital Management: - Managing working capital effectively by monitoring key metrics, cash flow forecasting process across the group. Evaluating and proposing products/strategies to reduce working capital cycle. Investment Management: - Assist in managing short-term surplus and investments of the Group in various instruments (including but not limited to primarily debt mutual funds, corporate bonds, AIFs) in domestic and overseas markets in compliance with regulations, policies and SOP including managing relationships with AMCs, Advisors and other stakeholders (internal and external) Budgeting, MIS and Reporting: - Assist in preparing annual budget and monthly outlook on cash flow, working capital, interest income, Advance Tax estimations, forex gain/loss on investments, etc Cash Management - Managing bank accounts and cash across Group Companies, CMS management with partner banks and Introduction of cost efficient banking solutions. Supporting banking and CMS Operations. Automation of processes using latest solutions available in the market Accounting: - Accounting and Monitoring of transactions as per applicable accounting standards in timely and accurate manner. Ensure monthly closing and related activities on a timely basis. Compliances/Audits: - Work on legal and secretarial requirements including necessary Board Approvals, RBI/FEMA compliances. Assist in Audit requirements (Statutory/ ICFR/Internal) Desired Profile : - Qualified CA with experience in cash management, Borrowings, Forex, Investments, MIS, Investment planning, compliances and accounting exposure for at least 4-5 years. - Excellent communication skills with proficient knowledge of SAP, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong team player
