Job Responsibilities : Transaction support :&nbsp; &nbsp;- On key M&amp;A activities that the company maybe evaluating, provide all transaction support - Responsible for detailed analysis of industry/segment attractiveness, operating model, financial statements - Co-ordination with all key internal and external stakeholders - Engagement with third party advisors including accounting and legal firms Drive key identified growth initiatives / projects :&nbsp; -&nbsp;Drive projects on growth, revenue and efficiency initiatives from time to time, which may involve liaising with external consultants - Responsible for driving such identified high growth opportunities and revenue enhancement initiatives - Drive organizational efforts on the Identified inorganic growth opportunities Drive Program Management for Group CFO Office on various projects / activities :&nbsp; - Effective stakeholder management and coordination across the teams - Anticipate potential risks and proactively escalate to leadership as per requirement - Ensure strict adherence to the processes set up by leadership &nbsp;-Ensure timely completion / follow-up in regards to activities / action items set out in the Project Plan Track trends and enable market intelligence for the organization :&nbsp; - Conduct competitor benchmarking analysis on a periodic basis - Conduct market research for key trends in India and globally in the relevant industries of the company to track consumer trends, technology trends and regulatory actions - Review external data to anticipate socio-economic and demographic changes Periodic Tracking of Investee Companies which are a part of Portfolio and Providing key insights and updates to leadership :&nbsp; - Provide periodic updates and insights on the performance outlook of investee companies (start-ups) - Actively track the progress of the investee companies and apprise leadership proactively in case of any risks or opportunities to investment Desired Profile : - Regular MBA Finance from leading Indian B-Schools (preferably IIMs or similar institutes) - 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years Post MBA experience in Consulting, Private Equity or Investment Banking and/or in Corporate Strategy teams - Proven track record of transaction experience and of conceptualising and implementing projects / business initiatives
