- Candidates cleared both the groups of IPCC and completed/about to complete 2 years of articleship with any registered CA firm. - The candidate should have proficiency in the use of computers. - Candidate will be working as Industrial Trainee in Corporate Finance team and will be assisting in various day to day activities relating to financial, regulatory and other reporting, asset management Manager / CA of Corporate finance teams. - Should possess understanding of basic areas in Finance - tax, audit, corporate finance, accounting, financial reporting, costing and financial mgmt. - Good communication & interpersonal skills, knowledge of Accounting standards, Positive attitude & good learner. - Duration of Training: Maximum 12 Months (inclusive of study leave)- Minimum 9 months period should be served as Industrial Trainee.
