Role :
- Assist in conducts due diligence for areas as assigned to identify transformation opportunities including but not limited to automation, analytics, BI, Digital, Process Re-engineering with the aim to bring in $ value and client delight
- Manage projects end to end with little to no supervision
- Process mapping, blueprinting, ideation/brainstorming, process walk thru, SOP reading, etc to identify opportunities for Transformation
- Stakeholder Management : Internal team, operations, client service teams, practice teams, finance, and client organization
- Typical KRAs/Major goals for this role would be $ value delivered (target vs actual), xx no of accounts in vertical with transformation roadmap created & executed
- This is individual contributor role
- Attends, partners, seeks various engagement platforms with clients, client industry domain, relevant market events, etc.. to stay abreast with changing/evolving landscape in business automation, analytics and brings back value to existing areas in scope
Qualifications / Experience - Mandatory
- Graduate/Post Graduate
- Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in areas Viz Business Consulting / Transformation / Process re-engineering
- Minimum 3 years of working in third party BPO and handling BE/BPR/BT/Digital role as dedicated responsibility
- Exceptional communication skills, ability to negotiate, put across the points/solutions with stakeholders across levels, and both internal & external
- Experience in working in multi-geo, multi-culture set up and virtual teams
- Strong sense of urgency and personal commitment
Qualifications / Experience - Desired
- MBA
- Work experience in automation and/or analytics as project manager/team member
- Six Sigma Black Belt from the likes of ISI, ASQ, etc.
- Successfully implemented end to end transformation project
