Role:

- Identifying prospect for potential new clients and turn them into a qualified lead - BFSI / Fin-Tech / NBFC

- Cold call as appropriate within the market/ designated geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities

- Leveraging the business network of prospects by growing, maintaining relationships

- Market Research and build relationships with new clients

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and HGS leadership

- Work with team to develop proposals that address client's needs, concerns, and objectives

- Participate in pricing the solution/service

- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

- Target driven role

Desired Skills And Experience:

- MBA in any specialization from Symbiosis, KJ Somaiya, NarseeMonjee, MDI and others

- Strong communication and sales acumen

- Minimum of 2-5Yrs of direct sales experience

- Should have prior bid management experience

- Alternatively, could be from a Technology sales background

- Problem-solving ability

- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

- Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations

- Attention to detail

- Prior experience of dealing with BFSI/NBFC/FinTech companies would be a plus

- Be ready for extensive travel within and around the said geography or vertical spread
