Manager / Deputy Manager Experience : 3-6 years Location : Bangalore Roles &amp; Responsibilities: 1) Conceptualizing and Designing Employee Surveys - Understanding the Employee Life Cycle &amp; Identifying opportunities to tap experience - Creation of Surveys &amp; Interventions 2) Management of survey Tool (Qualtrics): - Working on the Qualtrics XM platform (Research Core and Customer Experience) - End to end creation and deployment of projects - Intermediate to advanced proficiency on all aspects of the product - Creating live dashboards and visualizations - Troubleshooting of all failures and interconnect points - Survey rollout and providing support to all stakeholders and performing the role of system admin 3) Data Management, modeling and Presentation: - Working on Text and Sentiment analysis and helping the system (Qualtrics dashboard) with topic creation/assignments - Excel database and reporting and Improving Database - Database audit (checking data correctness / availability) - Working on GIS database - Creating PowerPoint presentation 4) Global Project Support &amp; Stakeholder Management &amp; Training - Ensuring success of the project by Stakeholder interaction - Training of Global Teams on the Qualtrics Dashboards &amp; Tool - Overall improvement of stakeholder experience in areas of responsibility
