Hinduja Global Solutions - Deputy Manager - Compensation & Benefits (5-7 yrs)
Job roles:
This role will be accountable for smooth execution of all C&B related activities across the various Business Units within the organization.
Key Areas of Responsibility (Compensation)
Annual Pay Review
- Assist in designing pay review strategy for annual increments
- Stakeholder communication for increment and budget sign-off
- On-time release of incentive and increment letters for eligible employees
Statutory norms/Minimum wages
- Good understanding of statutory aspects related to employment and its applicability in various situations
Compensation Survey and Benchmarking
- Assist in executing Job banding and survey exercise
- Analyse market & internal data and make appropriate recommendations for Compensation review
- Ensure accurate & timely execution
Policy Administration
- Assist to draft new policy, manage amendments (stakeholder and alignment to org policies), regular reviews (rewards management), timely update & communication
Management Information and Reporting
- Provide on-time and accurate reporting to Leadership to facilitate high impact decision making
- Effective and On-time communication with all stakeholders
-Ensure clear communication & meet commitments
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for improvements in process/enablement through automation and work towards attaining it
Management Information and Reporting
- Provide on-time and accurate reporting to Leadership to facilitate high impact decision making.
Process Improvement
- Periodic review and audit of internal processes and suggesting correction/improvements in the same
Technical skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles in similar sector (IT/ITES)
- Working knowledge of C&B concepts and employment related statutory norms
- High level of Proficiency in EXCEL, Advanced EXCEL, Macros
- Knowledge of analytical tools will be an added advantage
- Presentation skills
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Good team player with - Can-do- attitude
- Ability to be gracefully persuasive in discussions to get things done
- Ability to drive quality and respect timelines
