JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for mobilizing funds from the Banking Channel.

JOB ROLE:

a) Primary Responsibility of the candidate is to build, develop and enhance relationships across banking Channel.

b) Ensure timely coverage of all the relationships assigned which should result into effective communication about the organization's Mutual Fund, its schemes and all other aspects.

c) The role encompasses a variety of related activities like innovative sales initiatives and ideas, coordination for sales meetings and keeping a tab on mutual fund market information.

d) Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and priorities and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

e) Ensure maximum market share for the organization's Mutual funds scheme within the desired channel.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1) The Candidate should have demonstrated significant contribution to the business growth in the market through Banking Channel.

2) Should have demonstrated working effectively with all the stakeholders.

3) The candidate should be diligent and open to extensive local commute & Outstation travel if required.

4) Should have strong understanding of the products and key business parameters.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

Post graduate/ Graduate with 5 to 8 years of experience.

NISM certification Mandatory.
