Title : Assistant Manager(Projects/Solutions) Department : TSG Location : Bangalore Sub-Process : Transition/Solution Employment Type: Permanent Position Summary Assistant Manager (IT Projects and Solutions) Roles and Responsibilities : - Relevant industry experience in driving Projects and Solutions in Information Technology domain. - Proven experience in studying RFP's and providing Technology responses for new deals. - Liaise with internal SME's and external vendors to formulate robust and cost-effective IT Solutions for contact centers with multi-channel touchpoints (data, voice, social etc.) - Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility, including BCP/DR - Coordinating with internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects. - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress - Ensure resource availability and allocation for project deliverables - Perform risk management to minimize project risks - Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation (from product/solution identification to implementation and handover to Service Delivery for every project. - Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector - Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs - Ensuring documentation for smooth and error free deployment with optimum utilization of server/network resources to meet the SLAs and organization goals. - Target high IT CSAT by achieving zero downtime due to Architectural and Design inputs - Weekly Reporting of Project Trackers and Performance Dashboards. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization PM standards. - Liaison with IT Audits and Compliance group and centralized Audit function for India geo. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Open to working in shift timings as per Project geography. Education & Experience - Graduation + Technical Certifications
