Qualification- BE (Electricals)

Experience- Min 18- 20 yrs (in real estate) both residential and commercial experience is required

Additional requirements - Must have experience in HVAC, Execution and design and Installation of 66 kva substation

JD -

- Coordinating with vendors contractors and consultants

- Finalising drawings along with architects and Business head

- Should have experience in Electrical/ communication/FTTH Services

- Should have experience in providing basic project supervision, construction management and other site activities.

- Should have experience in, planning and execution skills ability to apply professional knowledge to the design of entry level site works and construction management for Electrical drawings.

- Ability to perform on-site works as per the schedule.

- Should have experience in all types of Electrical drawings.

- Should have experience in Slab Conduiting, Wall Conduting, Internal Wiring

- Should have experience in knowledge about internal and external Electrical supply works and trenchless cabling works.

- Should have experience in Execution, supervision and inspection of all site works.

- Should have experience in all Electrical works like DG Yard Cabling & Termination, Transformer yard cabling & Termination work, Panel Room Work.

- Should have experience in Testing and commissioning
