Job Responsibilities :

1. Drive, design and implement highly effective results-driven talent research strategies and practices for domestic and international global talent mapping. Develop competitive intelligence for AGM & above work level Hiring.

2. Use market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies and translate this to a fact based recommendation to the hiring team manager or internal stakeholders

3. Partner with Hiring Leaders to develop a detailed Search brief

4. Identify source in liaison with HR Head and engage in Vendor development activities to be ahead of the curve

5. Build a stronger in-housing direct sourcing function.

6. Discovering and exploiting new efficient, effective and sustainable candidate channels (ex. Linkedin) to meet current and future leadership talent needs.

7. Network and build senior level talent pool in Textile Industry

8. Manage and distribute relevant articles, analyst reports and other industry competitive intelligence for extended ecosystem.

9. Candidate management in line with the company's impeccable service standards and provide exceptional candidate experience

10. Understand candidate expectation and liaise between candidate and organisation for smooth closure of offers.

11. Manage end to end senior search engagements from inception of candidate contact to on-boarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience, negotiations and close hand-holding for smooth onbaording and Induction.

a) Vendor Management.

b) Understanding business and roles within business

c) High degree of articulation and multiskilling

d) Building strong talent Network across the domain

e) Handling multifaceted challenges akin to Leadership hiring. Smooth relationship with senior management.

f) Strong Functional Knowledge

Personal Specification :

Qualification : MBA/ PGDM in HR from an institute of repute.

Experience required : Min. 10 Yrs of Experience Required.

Departmental Interface : Senior Management and HR Department
