Job Responsibilities: 1. Establish and drive the Talent Management framework within Himatsingka Group 2. Own and update the Organisation Design, Structure and Charts 3. Identify HIPO's within the Organisation in a structured manner 4. Develop IDP's for HIPO's and execute the IDP 5. Design and conduct Position Inventory and Succession Planning Exercise within the Group 6. Project manage the development of Organisational Competency Model 7. Identify Competency Gap in HIPO's and feed the same to the IDP 8. Constant monitoring of Talent and advocacy for HIPO's within the Organisation. 9. Target Zero Attrition within HIPO group Key Knowledge &amp; Skills Required: a) Exposure in managing at least 2-3 Talent Review Cycles in a established organization of not less than 500 staff. b) Exposure to Competency Models and Software driven Talent Management will be a definite plus c) High degree of Maturity and established record of conducting workshops/ exercises with senior management d) Strong Functional Knowledge Personal Specification: Qualification MBA/ PGDM in HR from an institute of repute. Experience required Min. 10 Yrs of Experience Required. In case of a premium institute (XLRI, TISS, XISS, SCMHRD), min. exp. can be relaxed to 5 yrs.
