Assistant Manager - Rewards
Key Responsibilities & goals:
1. HR Process Simplification & Standardization
- Continuously evaluate existing processes, quantifying and identifying opportunities to standardize, create SLAs
- Analyze process data and HR Ops metrics to identify HR process challenges, recommend & implement innovative solutions for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness that drive Employee Experience
- Create change management Plans to drive process changes
2. Digitization/Automation :
- Enhance Employee Experience - institutionalize a Digital first HR culture by leveraging platforms such as Service Now and continuously enhancing the HRMS/ERP
- Work with Process Excellence team and drive HR Digitalization/ERP Enhancement initiatives end to end - finalizing requirements, UAT and launch/socialization
3. Rewards & Policies :
- Support Rewards for MO IN, Align Compensation ranges, structure, policies and Benefits for competitive advantage
- Work closely with Regional and Global Rewards COEs and ensure alignment
- Drive the Rewards & Recognition process
What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role? :
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, minimum 2 years in HRSS/Digitization/HR Process Excellence
- Understanding of HR Systems, policies and workflows and best practices around the same
- Systems thinking, ability to transform and institutionalize processes
- Experience in Rewards will be a differentiator
